Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped out from our studio, you will receive another e-mail with shipping information.

Our delivery usually takes 1-3 business days after processing for Metro Manila and 5-10 business days for Outside Metro Manila deliveries.
International deliveries will take 3-5 business days.
Note: Business days do not include weekends and holidays. All orders are sent on weekdays only (Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM PST)
All Express International Orders are sent through DHL.
For international shipping, shipping rate depends on the area, and some remote locations will require additional fees due to the distance and the lack of shipping dispatch centers. You will see a more detailed representation of the shipping costs upon checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 7 days to return your items starting from the day you receive it!
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and should be in the same condition as you’ve received it:
‣ Unworn, unwashed and no stains
‣ Tags are attached
‣ Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or detergent powder
• We only allow returns if the item is not damaged.
• All sale items are final (no return no exchange).
• Items with monogram (no return no exchange).
Unfortunately, we don't accept refund. We can only offer customer in the Philippines, an exchange for an item if the item is damaged or wrong size.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
All of our pieces are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, contact us email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include images showing the faulty/damaged product. We'll make sure to sort out the problem quickly.
We are not liable for any damages caused by mishandling, and normal wear and tear.
We offer a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, and MasterCard cards through our integrated PayPal Checkout.

We take immense care and consideration in creating our size charts using standard industry measurements. However, they are only intended to be a helpful guide rather than a definitive conversion chart.

You can email or send us a message at Whatsapp the name or initials and color that you want to put on your loungewear after we confirm your payment.
We have 2 styles you can choose from.
• Name - Maximum of 10 letters only
• Initials - Maximum of 3 letters only
Take note that we don't accept returns for items that have a monogram.
It's Php 500.00 for the Initials (Maximum of 3 letters) and Php 650.00 for the Name (Maximum of 10 letters).
